Guest gallery
A shared place to view photos, videos and wishes. Guests can download individual files when you allow downloads.
A little preparation. A lot of memories.
Bring guest photos, videos and wishes into one shared album. Keep it on your phones, or add a photo wall or mosaic for the room.
Guests open a link or scan a QR code in their browser. They do not need an account.
Choose a section below for exact steps and illustrated settings.
Make the guest page recognisable, then check it on a phone.
Open “For guests” and choose a “Ready-made style”. The style supplies the whole-page background; there is no separate page-background upload here.
Open workspaceUnder “Cover background”, press “Upload your image”. Recommended: 1920×720 px. This image covers only the top header, not the whole page. Cover and logo files must be static PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 5 MiB and 16 megapixels.
Open workspaceUnder “Logo”, press “Upload your image”. Recommended: 1024×1024 px; a transparent PNG works well. The logo is optional. These dimensions are recommendations, not upload requirements.
Open workspaceChoose “Background colour” and “Heading font”. In “Guest options”, set likes and downloads. “Wish backgrounds” controls written wishes separately; it does not replace the page background.
Open workspacePress “Save changes”. Open “Open guest page” on a phone and send one photo. Then open “Open gallery” to check the result. If moderation is on, approve the photo in “Photos” first.
Open workspaceThe gallery remains available when you add a screen.
Under “How should photos move?”, select a style card. Watch the preview to compare moving ribbons, slideshows, collage and the other layouts.
Open workspaceFor “Moving ribbons”, choose “Movement direction” and the photo-card format. Natural formats keep the whole photo visible; square cards use a consistent shape.
Open workspaceSet “Screen layout” to “Full screen” or “With event header”. Under “New photo effect”, choose how each new photo appears. The preview changes immediately.
Open workspacePress “Save changes”, then “Open screen” on the computer connected to your TV or projector. Send a test photo through the guest page. With moderation on, approve it in “Photos”.
Open workspaceGuest photos gradually assemble one large image. The reference spans the whole grid; it is not a corner logo or a separate logo in every cell.
Choose “Gallery + mosaic” and open “Screen”. The guest gallery remains available.
Open workspaceKeep the EventMemory logo or upload your image under “Mosaic image”. Recommended: 1920×1080 px, adjusted to your grid ratio. Use a static PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 5 MiB and 16 megapixels; the pixel dimensions are recommendations.
Open workspacePress “Adjust image”, move or zoom the image, then apply. This changes the reference image, not photo or cell sizes. Raising “Image visibility over photos” makes the reference more visible over guest photos.
Open workspaceUse “Custom grid”: 4 columns × 6 rows = 24 photos. One cell holds one photo; photos beyond capacity stay in the gallery. Cell shape controls each cell; mosaic placement fits or fills the whole grid area. Reference-image framing is separate.
Open workspaceTurn on “Prize cells”, select a cell such as A1 and enter its prize description. “Highlight prize cells” only highlights positions; it does not award a prize. Set prizes before playback; if photos are already placed, start a new round.
Open workspace“Time per photo” accepts 2–30 seconds for the whole cycle: appearance, large display and movement into the cell. Prize photos use the same time. The estimate assumes all photos are ready and playback has no pauses; it does not predict guest uploads.
Open workspacePress “Save changes” and open the screen link. If a new round is required, read the confirmation: approved photos will be assembled again; the gallery and originals are retained.

9 × 16 = 144 Photos in the mosaic
Receiving videos and playing video wishes with sound are separate settings.
Open “For guests” → “Guest options” and turn on “Allow guest videos”. Press “Save changes”. This enables video submission; it does not enable screen audio.
Open workspaceOpen the guest upload link on your phone and choose video. Record or select a clip. To send a video wish, mark it as a video greeting and agree to its display and audio before sending.
Open workspaceChoose the photo wall and open “Screen”. Turn on “Play video wishes with sound” and press “Save changes”. Ordinary background videos remain muted.
Open workspaceOpen “Open screen” on the device showing the wall. On that screen, press “Enable greeting audio”. The browser may also ask you to click to play a video; automatic audio is not guaranteed.
Open workspaceThe workspace preview is always muted. Check one approved video wish on the actual TV or projector, including its volume. If moderation is on, approve the test video in “Photos” first.
Open workspaceChoose the link for adding contributions, viewing the gallery or running a screen.
“Upload photos” opens the guest page for photos, videos and wishes. Share this link when guests should add something; no guest account is needed.
Open workspace“View & download” opens the collection. Guests can download individual files only when you allow downloads in the guest options.
Open workspace“Open screen” runs the selected photo wall or mosaic. Use it on the computer connected to the display. It is different from the guest upload link.
Open workspaceOpen “QR & poster” and choose whether the QR opens adding photos or viewing the gallery. Check the chosen destination before printing.
Open workspaceChoose a design and A4 or A5. Download the QR as PNG or the invitation as PDF. Print at 100%, then scan it with a phone. Save changed event settings before testing the linked page.
Open workspaceOpen “Photos” and press “Upload photos”. Choose files in the picker, then press “Send photos”. These contributions follow the same open/paused and moderation settings as guest uploads.
Open workspaceThe gallery stays with your event. Choose gallery only, or add one screen mode: a photo wall or a mosaic.
