Questions before your event
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code or open the link in their phone browser, choose their files and send them. Only the organiser needs an account.
What are the guest, gallery and screen links for?
The guest link opens photo, video and wish uploads. The gallery link opens viewing and downloads, when allowed. The screen link runs a photo wall or mosaic on a TV or projector. Guest uploads and the gallery have separate QR codes.
Do I need a large screen?
No. Use just the gallery if you prefer. Add either a photo wall or a mosaic when you want a screen; the gallery stays available.
What do I need to run a photo wall?
A computer with a current browser connected to a TV or projector, and internet access for guests and the computer. Open the screen link and select full screen. No separate app is needed.
How do I make a mosaic with my own logo?
Choose mosaic mode, upload a reference image, adjust its crop and set the rows and columns. Check the preview to see the logo placement and its visibility over the guest photos. The setup guide shows each step.
Can guests send video wishes with sound?
Yes, when the organiser enables video uploads. Screen audio for video wishes is a separate setting; the browser may require a click before it plays sound. Supported file formats and limits are shown beside the upload control.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes. Enable moderation to approve materials before publication. Gallery viewing, downloads and likes can be controlled separately.
What is included in the event price?
The planned Ukraine package is a one-time 990 UAH payment per event: 1 GB shared storage, a gallery, a photo wall or mosaic, and 6 months of storage. A free trial currently lets you test one event with up to 50 photos.
When do the 6 months of storage start?
When the event is activated on the platform. Your dashboard shows the expiry date. Download your files before that date; access to the event and its files closes when the storage period ends.
Can we download photos after the celebration?
Yes, during the storage period. The organiser manages materials in the dashboard. Guests can download gallery photos if the organiser allows downloads.
Can the printed QR card match my event?
Yes. Choose a template, add the title and date, and download an A4 or A5 print design. You can also download the QR code on its own.
Are private events published in Google?
Only information pages and demonstration examples are open to search indexing. The dashboard, guest pages and event galleries carry indexing blocks. Share your event links only with intended guests: people who have a link may be able to open the event.
