EventMemoryData deletion
Organisers can delete events from their dashboard. To request help removing files or account information, contact support.
Include your account email and event name. Guests may contact the organiser about a particular photo or video. We check the right to make a request before changing or deleting someone else’s materials.
Closing or deleting an event in the dashboard does not guarantee immediate physical cleanup of the cloud archive. Cleanup is currently performed manually. Download any files you want to keep first.
