EventMemoryPrivacy
EventMemory processes the organiser’s email address and account details, event settings, uploaded photos, videos and wishes, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
The organiser controls viewing, downloads and moderation. Guests submit materials through an event link. Share links only with intended participants and upload materials only when you have permission.
Event materials are available for 6 calendar months from activation; the dashboard shows the exact expiry date. Access closes after expiry. Cloud archive cleanup is currently performed manually; closing access does not mean every copy is immediately physically erased.
The service uses Railway hosting, cloud storage and Resend for transactional emails. Providers receive information needed to operate the service. Online payments on the Ukrainian website are not active yet.
Contact support to request information about your data, corrections or deletion. Include the organiser’s email and event name so we can identify the event. We may ask you to verify your right to make the request.
