EventMemoryPayment terms
A one-time package for one event costs 990 UAH. It includes a gallery, a photo wall or mosaic, and 1 GB of shared storage. There are no automatic repeat charges.
The offer runs through 20 November 2026 (Kyiv time). FIRST50 gives 50% off the first successful event package purchase on an account: 495 UAH. It is applied automatically in your dashboard; you can also enter the code before continuing to the bank. It does not apply to additional storage or combine with other discounts. It is unavailable after the first successful package purchase, even if that event is deleted.
For a paid event, an additional 1 GB costs 250 UAH. It applies to the selected event only. Photos, videos and files generated by the service share the allowance. 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes.
Access lasts for 6 calendar months from event activation. The exact expiry date appears in the dashboard and before payment. Buying a package or extra storage does not change that date. Download your materials before access expires.
The service and final amount in UAH are shown before payment. Payment takes place on monobank’s secure page. EventMemory does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank passwords.
The purchase activates after the bank confirms successful payment. A confirmation is sent to the account email. If verification is still pending, do not pay again: check the dashboard status or contact support.
For service problems, mistaken or duplicate payments, or refund requests, contact support with your account email, event name, payment date and amount. Do not send card details. We will check the payment and explain the decision and next steps. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
